Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

We are currently delivering goods in England, Wales and Scotland with Royal Mail 48, TNT, UK Mail, FedEx, UPS, DHL, GLS, DPD and Parcel Force. Orders from Ireland, please let us know, so we can confirm with supplier.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your debit or credit card for the purchase.  

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail to issue a refund.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your debit or credit card, it will ship within two business days from the date of your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or during public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@freshairpurifiers.co.uk, we will be glad to help with your enquiry.

In any case, you can always check the latest update of your order within "My Account", or using our chatbot. If you need any further support, our support team is always available during opening hours.

 Shipping Cost:

Our current delivery cost is a flat rate for all our deliveries of £4,95, for all orders below £100. Free shipping on all orders above.
