Refund & Return policy
14-DAY EASY RETURN POLICY
We completely understand that sometimes things may happen, and you may wish to return a product. We only want happy customers, your feedback matters to us.
Any unopened or unused product can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by after receipt of your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund, return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition as you received it. Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds on replacement filters if the wrapping bag surrounding the filter has been opened.

We will send you a pre-paid carrier label to enable you to return your product back to our supplier.
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the supplier has received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment that you use when placing your order, please allow few days to process this.
There may be certain situations whereby we unfortunately cannot accommodate a return or provide a full refund. For example, in respect of hygiene, we cannot offer a full refund for items that are incomplete, not in original condition, damaged, have been opened, used or have missing parts.
RETURNING FAULTY PRODUCTS WITHIN 30 DAYS
If your product develops a fault within the first 30 days of delivery, we will repair, replace, or refund it for you. If the item is not found to be faulty, you will be charged to have the item returned to you.
To trigger the return process for your order, please email us at returns@freshairpurifiers.co.uk. Please kindly explain what the problem is and we will provide you with a returns number and a parcel label. We will send a courier to collect the faulty equipment for free.
We will replace, repair or refund your payment as per our legal responsibility when:
- The product you purchased is confirmed to be faulty. Before sending an item back as faulty, contact the manufacturer's product helpline number, which you can find in the user guide.
- The item is returned complete, together with any accessories in the original box and packaging.
Our promise to replace products or refund your payment does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
RETURNING FAULTY PRODUCTS AFTER 30 DAYS
All our products have a minimum of twelve months guarantee. If your product develops a fault after 30 days of delivery and is still within the manufacturer's warranty, we will repair or replace it for you under the terms of the guarantee. If the item is not found to be faulty, you will be charged to have the item returned to you.

DAMAGES
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@freshairpurifiers.co.uk and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
